Commercial Retail-Quality DVD Pressing

DVD pressing or replication includes factory-made DVDs including glass mastering and stampers, and silkscreen or offset print on the discs. This process provides the best compatibility with all DVD players and is best for quantities of 500 or more with a turntime of around 2 weeks.

·	CSS copy protection your DVD-R master: $150 (add 1 day minimum). CSS encryption of your DDP image : $75
·	Packaging normally requires 2 business days which is included the turntime calculation above. You can choose additional rush packaging fees not included in the calculator: - 1 day packaging: $0.20 per piece surcharge - Same-day packaging: $0.30 per piece surcharge What this means is: if we have the offset-printed paper covers and the discs on day 5 and you want the final boxed and wrapped product to ship on day 6, there is a $0.10 per DVD surcharge. Otherwise the product will be ready on day 7.
·	Double-sided DVD-10 available by special request

Other Details
·	Our discs include all patent fees including those administered by Phillips, MPEG LA, and DVD 6C.
·	All packages except the bulk-disc option include high-quality DVD case, assembly, and shrinkwrap or overwrap.
·	100-piece package can be with laser printed inserts, instead of offset-printed inserts. For rush orders we can also supply digital-print covers instead of offset-print covers, however not all bindery services (die-cutting and booklet-making) are available in a very short turntime.
·	A quote including transport cost will be prepared after we have your shipping address.
·	Turn time: Monday to Friday are counted as business days. Day 0 starts when we have master, proof approvals, and all required licenses in hand before noon EST. Turntime is normally 7 or 8 business days for bulk discs and 10 business days for fully packaged discs. Our turntime assumes you supplying the master at our Montreal or Toronto office and the final product will be ready on our Toronto dock at 5PM on the stated number of production days, starting the count at 0. Rush services must be scheduled in advance. Rush fees will be refunded if turntime is not met and you agree this is our only liability.
