Conditions: Day 0 starts when we have all required parts, licenses, and payment or approved credit in hand before 10:00 AM. If any parts are determined to be defective or out of specification the days will stop counting until new parts are supplied. If we find licenses are missing or license terms are not being met, turnaround will also be delayed. Personal checks or company checks are not acceptable unless a credit application has previously been submitted to us and returned to you signed by a managing officer (allow 1 week for processing your application.)

Rebate: If we do not meet the turnaround time we will refund any rush fees you paid, or at our option we may ship the mechandise by our express courier to make up the lost time.

This offer is only valid for orders purchased at our regular price or with the 2% prepayment discount. Any negotiated or offered discount voids this offer.

The required parts to start the schedule are:

• Properly formatted CD master disc or DDP image
• Approved PDF proof for silkscreen printing the disc label
• Approved PDF proofs and mock-up for printing the inserts
• Signed Intellectual Property Rights Form
• All required licenses
• Payment
• Business tax identification number (or SSN) for US Customs if required

Business Days: Monday to Friday excluding Canadian holidays.
Exceptions: Not liable for delays due to extreme weather, acts of war or terrorism, or unionized labour disruptions. Rebate does not apply if job is deemed defective in some way and we redo it at our expense.

Enhanced CDs are considered as CD-ROMs, not music CDs. CD-ROM delivery time is customized and negotiated according to order size and customers' needs.
