Polypropylene packaging Polypropylene is a 100% recyclable plastic and we have a wide variety available for your duplication order or in our online store.

Small Form Genius 52 UV Offset Press

Another exciting addition to our offerings is this small UV Offset Press. This small 14" x 20" printing press uses UV-cured inks. The UV-curing process results in sheets that are dry as soon as they come off the press (with a traditional offset press we have to wait 24 hours before handling). Another great thing about this little beauty is that it is always ready to print! The setup is very fast, resulting in very minimal waste. The printing quality is practically perfect and has a slightly matte finish. Putting an additional matte or gloss coating makes a beautiful final board product. This machine is most cost-effective for runs starting at 500 copies, and can print on a wide variety of paper and board stock as well as plastic! Paper and plastic specifications: from 0.1 to 0.8 mm (0.004 to 0.03“), PVC, ABS, PS, PE, PET, PC, carton and paper.

We may use this press for our 500-piece to 2000-piece package deals. We offer a standard 15-point board as well as an FSC-Certified 12-point uncoated recycled board made with BioGas by Cascades Paper.

Low cost digital print on CD/DVD/CD-R/DVD-R

This new technology offers low-cost and permanent printing directly onto the disc with no need for films and screens. As opposed to short-run inkjet and thermal printing, this machine operates at high speed and an ink cost of only pennies per disc for full-colour, full coverage printing, and when combined with the savings in films and screens it is a very interesting and environmentally-friendly option. Enviro Paper and Paperboard Options

- FSC-certified: The majority of our offset paper printing is done at FSC-certified facilities. FSC certification ensures that the entire production process from the forest harvesting through to the printing press is performed in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. To use the FSC logo we must custom-quote your job so it may only be cost-effective on jobs of 10,000 pieces or more.

- Recycled CCNB board: We are able to offer CCNB board on most of our board printing packages. CCNB is made of 100% recycled newsprint and has a smooth white clay coating applied for printing on.

- Chipboard: on larger runs over 2000 pieces we are able to offer printing on brown chipboard. Please ask for a quote. Due to economies of production and purchasing, standard white board is less expensive for you.

- Uncoated paper option: Most of our 4/4 offset paper printing choices have an option to be printed on uncoated 70lb paper. Uncoated paper has less impact on the environment in its manufacturing process.
