unless otherwise indicated. These are discounted rates with no refunds if courier is late.

The rates are for an average-length cassette. Very long tapes of 80+ minutes with deluxe packaging will weigh more and cost a bit more than the rates here.

UPS includes $100 of insurance coverage for damage or loss. Porch theft may not be coverred, so choose signature when required.

INTERNATIONAL REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE: The rates above are for delivery to metropolitan areas and suburbs. The typical surcharge for remote or rural areas is $40 but we must confirm with your address.

All shipments are covered for up to $100 against loss or damage except where noted. You can request to purchase additional coverage for $4 per $100 value. $500 value = $16 additional cost.

Shipments are considered delivered based on the courier delivery proof which may include delivery on your porch with no signature. For signature on delivery there is an additional fee of $6.00. Instead of paying for signature, you can use the UPS My Choice® service to redirect your package to a safe UPS location with no additional cost from us.

Canada: taxes are applied based on the shipping address or pickup location.

USA: There are NO TAXES or other fees when shipping to the USA. Most orders ship from Toronto with a standard transit time of 2 days to NYC and 5-6 business days to California.

Australia: According to Australian Customs there is no GST or duty on shipments valued under AU$1000 including the shipping cost.

All other countries: You will be billed your local VAT taxes, duty and fees. You can contact your customs office and UPS in your country to enquire if there are additional fees.

Countries not listed will be similar or more expensive than the UPS Expedited rates posted above. Contact us for a quote.

Many people ask us for rates by the post. We don't recommend it because Canada Post international parcel rates are similar to UPS Expedited, but parcels are delivered in 6 to 16 weeks instead of 1 week (and of course customers start asking us where it is after 3 weeks). We've heard that some postal services are quite lax about collecting customs fees so there may be some advantage to postal delivery. Our quoted post office rates will generally be around 20% higher than the UPS Expedited rates.

It is recommended to put Made in Canada on your artwork.
