Printed recycled chipboard (kraft) CD jackets - starting from 500 pieces. These are offset printed on a 4-color offset press. Black ink works best on chipboard, but you can also use cyan, yellow, and magenta inks to print full color images at no extra cost. You can also request a custom quote using a white base ink. Printed full bleed on 18 point thick chipboard.

Final size when glued and folded: 5" x 5".  Assembly is included. Turntime is 2 to 3 weeks.

Full colour CMYK 2-panel sleeves (AKA CDM-201 or D1000) printed on our ultra high quality offset press. Opening for a disc and insert on the right-hand side. Printed on thick 15pt board with glossy AQ coating to deter dirt or fingerprints. CD not included.

You can order our 2-panel sleeves along with high quality CD pressing. Choose duplication for small quantities, and replication for large quantities and higher-quality discs.

Full colour CMYK 4-panel sleeves printed on our ultra high quality offset press. Opens like a book with your CD/DVD/Blu-Ray disc inserted in a protective pocket. Printed on thick 14pt board. The CD is not included.
