Highlights of this vintage:
- Pure Natural Sound XL-II: The newly developed pure EPITAXIAL magnetic particle has improved sensitivity by 1.0 dB in the low frequency range and by 2.0 dB in the high frequency range. The dynamic range has also been expanded by 2.5 dB in the low-frequency zone (compared with our UDS-II tape).
- HR (High Resonance-Proof) Cassette Mechanism: Outstanding vibration absorption characteristics have been realized through the adoption of an Oval Window Cassette Shell, HR cassette mechanism and DD (dual damping) slip sheets.
