- 1/8" thick, 32-ECT corrugated board

Oversized to help protect the corners of your vinyl records! 12 inch vinyl records in jackets typically measure around 12.3" to 12.4" square. Our corrugated pads are custom-made to 12.5" to offer added corner protection.

Free shipping is offered to metropolitan areas in southern Canada and all states in the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Some remote areas have no ground service or affordable shipping methods so the order may be canceled in these cases. We will try our best to find an affordable rate.

The pads are a bit too big so the mailer doesn't fold up square and tight when mailing a double album. I think there will be problems using them with other brands of mailers that I have. I normally use U-Line stiffener pads and have never had a problem with those (12" x 12").

Also, I ordered 250 pads but there were only 247 of them in the box.
